A balmy Sunday night in San Diego, California. I was driving home and thinking about my heart. I’ve been feeling this energy in my heart, and I was wondering where it came from and what to do with it. It felt big, rather uncomfortable, and yet powerful and yummy, all at the same time. At first I thought I needed to move it down and clear it out. Yes, once I was in the driveway, I would brush the energy down through my lower chakras. Yet…it pulsed, wanted to speak to me.
